How can I ace an interview?

I other obtain an interview, but I never go and get the assignment propose after an interview. I know I interview poorly, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The single item that I really thought I can't control is my eye movements. I don't know where on earth to focus my eyes! I've bought books such as Interview Magic, by Susan Whitcomb, which I don't find beneficial at adjectives. What do I want to do and influence during an interview tidy to go and get the commission? I'm specifically looking for answers from hiring manager on what they look for surrounded by interviewing a nominee, and why they hire them.
