I worked for a company for 2 weeks and 3 days but the contract be never prepared for me to sign, though a speaking contract be agreed until that time mitt.
hafter 2 weeks and x days the employer told me they be not going to maintain me on and have to permit me travel, I asked roughly my final wage and they said they would distribute a cheque via post. it have be a correct few weeks and numerous phone call and the cheque have still not arrived, they other claim they will dispatch it but never seem to be to. a slight verbs is they claim I crashed the works van I be using whilst lower than employment this is an untrue certainty I know I be driving the van, but they claim police hold be involved (not that the police enjoy contacted me) and they enjoy 3 eye witnesses that saw me do it. though no contact have be made apart from to relay me they be holding wages untill it have be resolved.
beside no contract and a short residence employment as a resident of the uk what grounds do I enjoy to go and get my money. I can prove I worked for the company
