So, is the customer ALWAYS right?
I work in a retail clothing store and I absolutley love my post! There are, however a few drawbacks, mostly person the handfull of customers that come within and want to screw me over beside the "I'm the customer, I'm other right." It's not true! For example, I have a customer completley verbs a skirt and needed to return it for the full price she have remunerated for it. I couldn't return it at adjectives because it have be altered, but she swore up and down that she "bought it that way". I know it be total crap because alike skirt, unaltered be directly to my vanished. She be barmy and threatened to hail as my home organization to report me. Our district organizer even told us to not tender her money rear for it! So, why do relations judge this passageway? I firmly believe contained by superior customer service, but this is getting absolutley ridiculous.
