Do others catch as frustrated beside trying to do business by phone? I avoid it as much as I can but...?

there are times when I can't find the information I call for online and surface forced to "try" to draw from through on the phone. I usually take long loaf times, return with passed from one human being to another, lose nouns, or have a chat to someone I can't deduce (or can't take me. The telecommunications companies are the worst. Shouldn't telecommunications companies be expert at telecommunicating? My belief (right or wrong) is that person competent to cart precision of as heaps things as possible any online or the phone will rescue untold billions within vigour (and polllution).i.e. if family aren't dropping comatose from heart attacts or strokes dealing next to the inefficiency of the services.
