Has anyone else have a cynical experience next to Direct SS Incorporated?
I placed an order beside this company. 3 days after the order be placed I received notice that the direct was shipped. However, just the billing information was received by the shipper, no roll. 4 wks. later and still no product. After 6 erstwhile attempts to solicit communications from them and no response. I have canceled the proclaim, again with my communications to them reception no response from them. (I used their website contact form, fax #, and another # I found associated with them as ways to try and win a response) Is there a mode to communicate with these guys and catch a response? Based on my experience I would strongly recommend against doing business with this company.
Answers: Do not do business near Direct SS Incorporated. They do not respond to any emails, phone calls or faxes. The company's phone number is in recent times a cell phone number and not registered to any company. The company's phone number or address is not even listed anywhere on their website. I am disputing my Direct SS transaction near my credit card company and have reported them to the BBB. I suggest anyone who have a bad experience do like so we can shut this bogus company down.
If you go to nearby website directssink.com and look closely at the Wii. They are actually trying to deal in Wii photos for $249.00.
Ditto. Same exact experience. These guys are either a) complete morons at managing a business, or b) scammers who bring your money long enough to earn interest on it until your credit card issuer take it back from them.
My gut tell me it's the latter.
