I have found partially of a torn US hundred Dollar Bill.
I am penchant toward a falsified bill as the ink appears to be declining.
The bill have two reverse sides and the sides do not appear
to be even near respectively other.
The lone redeeming fact is a watermark that can be see by holding said bill to hurricane lantern. Serial is : FF88894763A
Can a phoney bill enjoy a watermark ?
