I simply just this minute sold a legit copy of Microsoft Office Pro 2003. They buyer opt to buy it immediately and the item be shipped out prior to eBay pulling it stale giving me some b/s justification that Microsoft thought it be a pirated copy.
In the productive register (which is no unavailable) it states adjectives sale are final. With that said the buyer a short time ago e-mailed me and told me they call for to return the time (gave no origin why) and if a full return could be given.
I explained adjectives sale are final and no return will be issued. Can she come after me because she salaried near paypal even though contained by the book it stated no refund will be issued adjectives sale are final but no eBay pulled it stale and I hold no proof of this?

I would basically present her the return and receive the software hindmost. Chances are, if you don't, she is going to collide the travel case and win (they did verbs the listing).
