Tracking Employee Time/Labor?
We currently track member of staff time and labor and job perform by use of a handwritten time slip. The production lay down number is provided to the member of staff via work instruction traveler. The hand's time slip resembles this at the back of shift
7-0111-001-02 .5 hrs
7-0112-001-55 .25 hrs
etc. you procure the point.
This seem importantly inefficient to me and the amount of time that go into checking for mistakes throughout the entire process is monumental.
Upper Mgmt complains constantly that time slips are not chock-a-block out properly and blame operator, i consistency it is more of a system issue because unbelievably little is standardized and at hand is a deficit of procedures and caring.
Anyone enjoy any suggestions? Is here a more updated system or method available?
