Can anyone sustain about deposit for holiday/?

Hi booked a holiday cottage surrounded by wales, but have to abolish due to malady - long residence condition flared up. Gave plenty of observe over 2 months and be told if they manage to rebook would probably grasp my deposit hindmost. They enjoy rebooked but when I enjoy asked for my deposit hindmost, they enjoy stated that within the language and conditions the deposit is none refundable. Do I hold any come subsidise on this or will I basically own to adopt I hold lost my deposit? Hope someone can supply some proposal.

I'm not an expert but if it's surrounded by the t&c I reason it's lost unless you have holiday insurance.
Try threatening them beside a solicitor if that dont work, is the deposit rebate printed or be it voiced?
