Problems next to work regulation?

i work at a retail store to be exact base on sale and commision (and we are union). it's a great undertaking for those who want to build a trade of it beside potential to sort great money. however, most nation that work in that own closely of problems next to the examiner. the principal is not doing anything necessarily explicitly breaking company policy. however, the bahavior of the superior have heaps general public geared up to look for unusual job. most nation prefer not to confront the mediator due the treatment that will be given to them afterwards. so my ask is, what can we do (as a union) to come together and confront the issue within a process that will be powerful?
Note: i am not referring to something small where on earth a proprietor is strict and we can't manipulate it-there are serious problems contained by this workplace due to control behavior. (extreme control issues and belittling of organization, etc)
