Can you be sued for a medical bill if you generate monthly payments on the bill?

As long as you are making regular, intervallic payments, after you can't be sued as the regular contribution proves you are making the shot to clear the debt.
they can't do anything as long as you are making an attempt to settle. they may help yourself to you to court but as long as the sort out can see you are making an attempt thats what counts. i do however hold a aunt an uncle that a medical facility sued an what they did be put it on what they have departed owed on their place. so i guess it basically depends where on earth you live and the settle.
