Go to a stationary store and you can find pad envelopes made basically for it. As for stamps, it is not the number of stamps but how much postage. Go to the post organization to own it weigh.
First class correspondence is 41 cents for the first ounce and 17 cents for respectively ounce over. As you can see it is not a multiple of stamps. It may even cheaper at the medium rate. Check beside the post bureau for the rules.
Just put it in a overnight case contained by a nice pad envelope that they put up for sale at the post bureau and they'll weigh it and relate you how much it costs to correspondence.
u gotta go to the post bureau, they will pack it and do everything for, even from north america to australia, it shouldn't cost more than $10.
Get a pad envelope from pretty much any store walmart, CVS, everywhere. Go to the post organization and distribute it "Media rate". You store a ton of currency, but it adjectives have to be medium -- dvds, cds, books, etc
