International Course on Dissemination of HDM-4

Central Road Research Institute shall conduct the 10th HDM-4 program at CRRI, which is already announced in CRRI website (http://crridom.gov.in/training.html). International Organizations such as PIARC, World Bank, TRRB, ARRB etc. recognize CRRI as Asia Pacific Center of this training program.
Highway and Transport Professionals (Engineers, Planners and Economists) working in Government and Private Sectors are meet to attend this course. Participants should be at least possible assistant engineers or above near suitable experience contained by MS Excel, Word etc. and associated near Highway construction and keep projects or Traffic & Transport Demand Estimation or Economic analysis of Highway projects. Pavement care control and Economic evaluation of road projects are disseminated through this course. Above 200 professionals who hold participate earlier from India and out of the country hold be benefitted so far.
In this course, foundation lectures on HDM-4 software overview, notes collection, road deterioration, pavement repairs methods and simulation models, pavement administration, traffic estimation and financial evaluation will be deliver for first two days by the experts, which are the elemental requirements for using HDM-4. Next eight days will be devoted for the nouns of functioning Skill contained by HDM-4 and travel case studies through brief presentations, spreadsheet analysis, hands-on, tutorials and one to one interaction. Special topics such as model calibration, strategy and program analysis will also be covered.
Willing professionals may register by sending an e-mail or dispatch to the course organizer to T.K. Amla, Head, Information, Liaison & Training Division or course coordinator hottest by 30th September, 2007. Admission will be made individual after reception the course levy on or in the past 8th October, 2007. Program calendar will be sent to registered folks.
