What do the inspi(red) shirts and (product) red ipods expect?

Are these items slice of indistinguishable project, and if so, what is this project around? I've see these shirts around for a while, and i simply started seeing the red ipods, but what purpose do these serve?

I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure it have to do near AIDS within Africa. The money from these persuaded products go towards prescription for the AIDS victims.
