Can anyone describe me foreign exchange open market timings for different currencies?

http://www.oanda.com/ is a great site we use at work adjectives of the time. You can win the rate on any currency at any unusual light of day, week, month, year, etc.
I am an auditor and we use it for our calculation on financial statements. You can find the rates for US$ to pound, or vice versa. Or you can do Chinese to Japanese. Any two you want will work.
Is your examine within the context of trading in Currencies or FX or FOREX ?
