How to fiddle with this situation- wage increase issue?
Wage review have arrived (no wage increase closing review) and current volunteer is one week extra vacation- no more money. I am still at training wage from one year ago, and undertaking have increased in responsibility- for example doing estimates for the business.
When checking Hotjobs it shows that I am underpaid by going on for $15,000.
Should I find another charge and quit my current position or travel and "demand" more to remain in current position?
