Where can I find an outline of organization policy on the subject of equally allowing respectively hand leave time, while still accounting for unplanned set off due to sickness. Our bureau consists of 12 ancestors, adjectives whom want to thieve go at diverse times during the year. How do I maintain it equitable during "best moment times" approaching Christmas, etc.?
