What to do when boss keep calling me on my daylight rotten?

I work for Target. The particular store I work for is understaffed. I am contained by the backroom logistics. It seems they calendar people beside gaps contained by between leaving not a soul to work for an hour or half an hour. So they start calling everyone who is bad and ask if they can come work. I used to say yes but it is getting on my nerves so I don't answer my phone. I other work hard when I am in attendance and sometimes come in on days past its sell-by date. But I don't want to do it every single day sour! I need a break sometimes. The bosses take home sure they get their days sour and I bet nobody calls them within to work! Should I discuss this with my supervisor and complain? Seriously it is annoying. I am not desperate for money or money hungry so I don't other go surrounded by on my days off. What should I do around this?


Answers:    let them know contained by advance what days sour you are willing to work. if they appointment, you don't have to answer your phone on your afternoon off.
if you can risk the flack consequently ask your supervisor wtf is going on with the scheduling lol
