Out of luck next to undelivered pre-paid product?
My friend pre-paid for a custom drum from Potyondi Custom Drums? The factory owner never deliver the drum and sent a compensation check that bounced. Since Potyandi is in Canada, does my friend in the U.S. enjoy any opening of seeing his money again?
