Why are individuals triumphant, if the Dow "jumps" 200 points, after it lost 1000?

The Dow is, familiar for inflation going on for 20 % underneath its 1998 even. If you include the currency devaluation of the USA Dollar, its 60% below its 1998 stratum. What is in attendance to be triumphant roughly?

My guess would be for 2 reason 1) specifically what short occupancy investors requirement to unload 2) to long residence investors this "jump" represents the ending or time away to a slide..and hopefully to reversal of a trend... As far as dollar devaluation go...I'm not sure that everyone is overly concerned right in a minute...It's worked all right for China as they hold wreaked havoc on the U.S. industrial sector beside a lopsided exchange rate ..creating lower cost import.cause an even bigger trade deficit(been to wal-mart lately) Inflation have be kept economically in "healthy" bounds...and will usually be present surrounded by most measurable financial time spans...as you would expect.. this is simply my view...
