If a company is put into member voluntary liquidation and share wherewithal is repaid ,do shares still exist ?

If the shares contained by give somebody the third degree be mine do I still own the shares(if they still exist) after the distribution in liquidation even though company have be liquidate ?

If the company is liquidate, afterwards the shares abstain from to exist as the company have cease to exist.
You may still hold a physical share card, in attendance are thousands around and lots are bought & sold by collectors, but the actual shares are gone.
no the company does not exist so how can you own shares surrounded by a non excisent company
