How do you successfully appeal a stay at the county court on guard charges?

i am just about run progress to court over a second amount of charges since the wall be unpunctually within giving information to me and very soon since the bank are human being taken to court they will apply for a stay demand so how do i appeal it and what do i do since i will be doing it on splash. any assist would be most helpfull ta

All Bank Charges court cases are 'on hold' whilst the Ombudsman tries their own case.

Last I hear, the Ombudsman 'estimates' it will thieve 'up to a year' .. gratuitous to vote, if the Banks enjoy their method, it will never come to trial :-)
