The "TONE" of your memorandum of resignation, would, - I believe, - be dependent, upon the actual CIRCUMSTANCES, surrounding the NEED, for it!
For example, be it your OWN judgment, to resign, from your current employment? Or HAVE your CURRENT employer, truly, ASKED you to resign, for some sort of a "DISCIPLINARY" common sense?
