Should we be a pessimist or optimist near respect to the adjectives of tbusiness cycles?

the switch word here is 'cycle'. Everything cycles, the cutback, politics, trends etc. The trick is to prepared to work BOTH sides of the cycle., i.e. have lots of currency when business is down for example. You can catch lots of bizarre bargins during these times, buy low, vend large.
Business cycle is determined by politics more than anything. When the country swings gone, the cutback does better.
