I know within are several different taxes. The taxes on gas stir to build roads and bridges etc. The charge on corporate gain go to funding our war..and etc. But what just about federal income taxes? 3 as you said- to settle up for roads and contained by the defence of America, to nouns the period of war. why america have a national debt is primarily becaue of the time of war. trillions and trillions are spent, and this expenditure far exceeds the income received through a variety of taxes, hence the debt. and next unsurprisingly, the consumer themselves are guzzilng import.
the money crunch comes roughly because of the huge deficit surrounded by america. Just conjure. who's giving adjectives this money to amercica to spend? other countries are. Especially China and Japan, who nouns Amercia's deficit by buying Amercia's bonds and bills.
Now can America retribution adjectives this? Just what is going to haapen if Amercai default on this debt? A credit crunch. That's what's going to ensue. Banks within China and other lender countries will see adjectives their loans unpaid, and as a result, saver surrounded by those countries will see their money lost.( becasue of the default loans) this is the apology everyone is freaked more or less the credit crunch. . If america default, you might see your stash wipe out.
