should i be compensated for man surrounded by training? since they are mostly only watching me do things, while i am learning/taking over?

also if age is key? i will be turning 17 subsequent month

Answers:
Yes, you should be rewarded for the hours you are working. Age doesn't thing, and the certainty that it's training doesn't any - you own to start someplace, and training is module of doing the livelihood.
Usually within is an agreement around salaried training or not back you start off work. But surrounded by my experience I own other be salaried for training as that shows the employer is interested in investing in their personnel. If I be you I would bring it up to your supervisor or boss.
you should be remunerated for your training
age doesnt situation
they are paying you for your time and they enjoy to do that its the directive
It depends on the type of position it is. Most substantial corps. won't tolerate you because of the safekeeping factor. They would be responsible for you.Under other circumstances, yes you should be salaried.
