I've wait patiently and worked strong for a position next to my company. However, the result is underwhelming.

Some organization are fitting at rewarding their best performer next to promotions and better positions. Some organization are statics and now and then enjoy opening to win promoted to. Some organization distribute promotions base on who the boss like, not how much work they bring back done. Which big-hearted of system are you contained by?
