With the sub-prime mess and the mortgage companies going broke and the stock bazaar falling is this primary to a recession. Or only a industry slow down for housing related jobs

The sub-prime mess have to do entirely near doomed to failure mortgage loans. I aversion to voice it, but frankly, if those mortgage companies made unpromising loans and someone invested their money in them by buying the loans, after I own no simpathy for any the lendor or the investor. If they fall through, so be it. I'm tired of my toll dollar anyone used to bail-out everyone out who make stupid investments.

Remember, whenever someone is help by low rates, here is an equal or greater number of ethnic group who are hurt by low rates.
