What are my option when scammed by a company?

I bought a double act of 32" designer jeans from jeanhotspot.com wager on contained by May. They sent me a set of two of jeans that didn't fit. I exchanged them for a larger double act. The stub on the second duo clearly said 34 and they fit even smaller.

Thinking they be a moment ago selling fake I sent the 2nd twosome rear for a repayment fairly later however another exchange. They received those jeans on June 22nd and I am still waiting for the settlement to post to my side.

I phone call in the region of every 2 weeks and even have one hand say aloud that it is company policy to continue 30-60 days since refund money...What can I do?
