Would you ask for a return of money if you be over charged for shipping?
i bought this product from a work at home mom (WAHM) stale of her network site. it be 11 for it. she said shipping would be 2.20. so i paypal-ed her 13.20. ably i get the bag today and the sticker said the shipping be one and only 1$. should i ask for her to return the rest? i know its merely a dollar but money is tight and i dont surface approaching its exceptionally just but i dont know how curtious it would be. would you cut it or write her?

Some of these expenses include: packing substance, cost of gas to deliver the pack to the post department, ink and article for printing a packing slip and a shipping sticky label, as powerfully as personal time to pack the packet (time is worth something too).
I don't assume an extra dollar is excessive.
