My company is within Fargo N.D. Rarely is it the shield, but I own to undertaking applicants whose living credentials are damn in close proximity similar, right down to the certainty they are both retired veterans beside 20 years of service. Even their personality are similar. One is black, one is white. They own both come across adjectives requirements near flying colors. They are even inside a year of respectively other surrounded by lingo of age and their previous accomplishments are interesting. References be rock solid. How do I wish who to hire? Or should I purely run ahead and hire the white guy because he will blend surrounded by better near the rest of the company and culture contained by the town? Help!

Considering the applicants are single and otherwise the same, I'd patently choose the one who would be happier surrounded by the community. If he's happier outside of work, he'll be happier at work, and be more possible to stay next to the company. So, I'd dance next to the white guy.
Conduct a second interview, this time ask them what they touch they can bring to and contribute to your Business. Check out their personal reference, by hook or by crook one will rise above the other, DO NOT hire solely because one will blend within.

where he lives? phone contacts? refferences? children? give somebody a lift them both on for a trial basis see who works out better or a short time ago simly hire them both .. capably beside your approach of thinking of hiring a white guy to fit in why not devolution social thinking and hire the other dude he will fit in too but i think merely hire them both

All things mortal equal, I would step near the guy you deduce requirements the position more. This will probably be a gut awareness. They're both honest applicants so within is no wrong answer.
If they're both well brought-up, fire someone and hire them both... j/k ;)
