You made several right points but I needed to append that while countries short labor union and collective bargain do enjoy the benefit of cheaper costs of living, their standard of living is also much lower.
We are a league shop but I am not league because I am administrative and organization and admin aren't alliance. We hire adjectives alliance pipe fitters, boilermakers, shipwrights, electrician, riggers, labor.
