Why would a stock turn from .pk to .ob?


Answers:    .pk is quoted on the Pink Sheets

.ob is quoted the electronic OTC bulletin board.

.ob stocks have to have current financial statements on wallet with the SEC. .pk stocks don't.

They're all illiquid and enjoy doubtful futures. Avoid.
.ob stocks have more requirements to meet than .pk stocks so the company is doing more things properly. It's approaching going from an F grade in university to D+.
