When you buy an grease stock, does the grease company buy grease commodities beside your money, driving up the price?

I can picture this in my little mind. lol I mean if I follow the money trail possibilities, what is to stop this? Are we feed a frenzy that we are not aware of buying oil stocks? lol

If you build a shed up on blocks to put your stuff in, would you be surprised if a loved ones of squirrels built a nest under it to store their nuts?

Answers:    Well, I think you are close to the guess I've get in my head, but I suspect it is more close to some folks in OPEC bidding up oil futures to prod their product's price into the stratisphere.

The with the sole purpose time oil companies would use futures (commodities) is to round out the delivery of product beyond their average production in order to fit specific projected requests. This is the same thing as our policy does by floating short term debt in command to balance out the gaps contained by receipts for ongoing operations. If a refiner or gas station chain uses the Planalyst program that I be once promoting to retailers a few years ago, and they spotted a seasonal trend in demand that be above what the company usually would produce, then they need to acquire more product for that adjectives need. So then they use the commodities market. Another is to hedge their delivery, utter some country where they have production have some instability (government wants to confiscate the facilities, anti-government rebel need some negotiating chip to spur more negotiations, etc.) then the oil company may want to hold some contracts floated to supply or deliver what they might not be otherwise get if the news from that country go bad.

I recognize as OPEC have recently said, the value of the dollar have dropped so the price of oil has risen. Others, however, suggest that the price should be more close to 60 to 80 bucks a barrel if that were true. Someone else lately pointed out that the oil futures are several times the volume that they used to be, so there is some expensive speculating driving up prices -- the rat that you are smelling.

All of that aside, when I buy shares contained by, say, ConocoPhillips or Exxon, that money (less commissions, of course) goes to whomever sold those shares of ConocoPhillips or Exxon. The grease companies are not actively trading their own stock in order to return with money to dabble in futures. When they did their Initial Public Offering, that be when the oil companies got money from those buying their stock. After those shares are outstanding, then it is just a trader/investor selling to another trader/investor. Buying grease company stocks are not fueling crude oil futures prices, sorry.
When you buy stock, other than contained by a Initial Public Offering, the company never gets your money.

Buying into oil stocks have absolutely nothing to do, directly or indirectly, next to the price of oil.

Don't understand your shed story, nor the squirrels, how is this related to stock transactions, or to the price of grease.

You have no idea roughly speaking investing or how stock works, yet you're eager to express Liberal thinking about downing oil companies,
Hi,

In my evaluation, the best kind of home business is one where you don't enjoy to invest any money. I wasted thousands of dollars buying into all kind of home businesses including MLM and Internet franchises.

I was about to supply up when I found a website that finally gave me the businesses I was looking for. The company is call Keep Clicking. Basicially, they have a big list of companies that hold products. They allow me to promote these products/services and I receive a set fee for each product that I put up for sale (or lead that I generate). I didn't pay any money to come together (They actually pay you $10 to amalgamate, but only give it to you when you acquire $50 in your account. It took me a month, so I get the $10 then).

This allows me to have a full business with no inventory. The best slice is, a lot of these offers are free trials, so I attain people to sign up for about $4 (for shipping), an I receive about $17! It doesn't matter if nation cancel there subscriptions, I still attain paid anyway. I get compensated monthly by check.
