I don't recommend penny stocks.

News:

"Fremont General Credit Corporation ("FGCC") and the Bank have entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement (the "Agreement") beside CapitalSource TRS Inc. (the "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitalSource, Inc. ("CapitalSource"), that provides for the purchase of substantially all of the Bank's assets, which includes the Bank's participation interest within certain previously sold commercial real estate loans, the assumption of adjectives the Bank's deposits and the acquisition of all the Bank's branches, by a California industrial sandbank to be organized and wholly owned by the Purchaser."

What this seems to suggest is this hot company will take over the bank's assets to avoid a bank dead loss.

The stock should be worth zero when the deal is finalized.
I believe explicitly Fremont General and doubled in the last week.. i would stay away., it have been downgraded, the rise is being pushed by daytime traders and will probably drop back down.. not a solid investment, Not sure what you're asking here. Investors dont have sensations, they use analysis.
