I have a bank report that my mom went out and got me, i coupled that to my paypal account and have a legit adress. I a moment ago bought a Dazzle Platinum cap card will they find out that im not 18 years old?

You're not supposed to have an eBay account OR a PayPal narrative if you're under 18. Whose birth date did you use when you registered on Ebay, because if you registered as yourself, you couldn't possible have given them a correct one. If they do find out, your accounts at both sites will be suspended. They probably won't find out.
