Its true that they are not charging but I rely upon http://www.sogotrade.com They do charge but very nominal ($1.5 - $3) and hassle free account set up. Its unbelievably easy and user friendly. It's trustworthy. They are legitimate, but caring of a pain to set up your account compared to Ameritrade.
Totally worth it though.
No minimum to expand?! it's really great! So it means that everything is depends on you from very establishment!! But you know what they say?! All that glitter is not gold ingots! Google it with other brokerages to see if there are complainers.
