Are in attendance any legal online qualification courses for stock open market investment training?

Hello there! I am looking for an online course(s) that are geared towards teaching (academic) how to invest contained by the stock market. I don't care for take rich quick schemes - simply how to invest and understand the market, details of economics, etc. I don't care if it is from an actual university or not - just a reputable entity and offering a qualification for this would be a PLUS - cost is not an issue. Thanks!
