I agree, TD Waterhouse give you fast trading execution although you do clear rather more for it (and no investment advice). Most of the big bank own a discount brokerage arm. CIBC is right too beside its $395 upfront excise for 50 trades, it's complicated to tap that meaning! perfect luck
