What do you mull over of companies SinoBiomed (sobm.ob) and Luminient Mrtg. (LUM)?

I'm thinking almost buying a couple of shares. Any thoughts on these companies?

I bought LUM at $0.68 and $0.49. I sold at $1.08
Bought again at $0.89 and sold at $1.27

Now it is on it's method wager on down and I am considering taking a position if it drop rear on Tuesday if the Labor Day Sell sour is as soaring as I chew over it will be.

I would prefer to not buy into LUM over $1.20.
