Sell short, or buy six month puts in residential construction, valid estate and mortgage lenders (LEH, DHI, HOV, etc.). Or lately short the ETF (KIE). That full industry is in a downtrend.
Possible bulls: PX, SNDK, FLR, but BE CAREFUL! A unpromising flea market (and this is becoming a fruitless market) will be adequate to appropriate these down even though they're trending up.
