Can an LLC be a trustee?
I own a single-member LLC (mainly in apartment rentals but my LLC can absorb "contained by any permissible business activity"). I also hold a bunch of guys that want to invest in import tax liens. Can a trust be created for the investment group (to pool the money together) and own the LLC exploit as the trustee?
