Need some comfort next to a dividend on stocks problem?

Can someone show me the steps to solving this problem?

A company has 263,000 shares of adjectives stock authorized, 236,700 shares issued, and 65,000 shares of treasury stock. The company’s board of directors declares a dividend of 0.75 per share. What is the total amount of the dividend that will be salaried?

Total Dividends = $ XXX


Answers:    well, since treasury stock does not enjoy dividend, I read it as only 236700 shares issued of which 65000 are pay for as treasury stock.

236,700-65,000=171,700 * .75 =$128,775
