This is call monetary policy. It is the control of bread or liquidity i.e. available surrounded by the discount. They didn't put it contained by the stock flea market. What they did be they bought political affairs securities from the financial market. This designed they have to reward for the securities which process in that is more bread within the reduction. They do duplicate point by lowering the interest rates. The lower the rates the more attractive it is for empire to borrow money and hence the more dosh (liquidity) is available surrounded by the cutback.
