How do I acquire a duplicate KYC acknowledgement epistle from CVL?

I had applied for MIN ahead of time but the process was not completed because the Govt discontinued the requirement for MIN. When I applied for KYC compliance, my form be returned saying the information 'already exists'. Now how do I carry an an acknowledgement from CVL saying that i am KYC compliant. I do not own a MIN acknowledgement either.
