401K mistery?
looking in my statment I notice that:
If the stock flea market losse points it's reflect contained by loose of money automactly,but if the stock open market gain points it never shows an increase in money automactly,it's rigth?.

No you are missing something. Assumedly the go together go up or down depending on how the funds in your portfolio do, not the stock bazaar as a undamaged. The go together may tend to shift up or down near the stock flea market but could also progress contrary to the bazaar some days (assuming here you are invested in mutual funds invested in stocks - except consequently perchance in that would be little correlation between the open market and your 401k).
