A lot of citizens and seriously of companies enjoy big debts. And masses of them can't clear put money on the money they owe.
If frequent of them failure to pay on their loans, later the integral reduction will suffer. Which system that tons private companies will start loosing money instead of making money.
And when companies loose money, later the stocks they've issued loose their effectiveness.
