what are the main distinctive differences between a outstandingly developed stock exchange (e.g. approaching the NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE), and an inferior one (like the stock ex from Romania, or Bulgary, or a country smaller quantity developed).

it couldn't be the companies planned, because even contained by Romania, the exchange have stocks from OMV, and other big multi-national companies.
