Can the currently marketplace volatility be explained by the EMH?
I don't get why the market are so volatile right in a minute. People already know here is a problem next to the subprime flea market and sold stale on that report. Then some worthy report comes out and the bazaar rally, but next some more discouraging report comes out and it tank.
Are adjectives stocks really in principle valued base on adjectives currently available information or is this an anomaly? More importantly, what should an average investor do almost it?
