Has construction work started for Royal Residence at dubai sports city?
This project is to be completed in july 08. Is within anyone who know almost this ? Have they started construction at site ?

If you're looking into buying Dubai property, be drained...
A lot of the properties are priced high than LTV - so after you put down a 'small' downpayment, you won't be capable of bring a loan for the rest of it.
And next to adjectives the construction at hand - i'd be alert of a rental after the 'gauranteed' 2 or 3 years.
Although, if you do find something that doesn't look similar to a scam (there are a few properties there that own apt potential i suppose, but they're not the ones posted everywhere on the internet) - please email me!
